How to Prepare Transfers

Read through what she is asking you to do which is basically create a pdf of the size you want (the one above is 5 x7) and I've filled it with as much as I could think of to use in my wine label. Put duplicates and other things you might need. I would not go below 9pt type. It's tricky if you do. Black images on a white background. This is called a film positive. What she will do is invert what you send to her into a film negative so she can pull the screen (much like silkscreen process) and that is where your black becomes the PMS color and will eventually be the rubdown. Allow some room around your images/type and all...don't cram too many on one page too tightly. leave some breathing room.

Remember that everything that is on White (see above) will be transparent and everything that is black (see above) will be the color you select from the PMS chart.
When you send Linda Carter your pdf make sure you label the pdf with your name, the size of the sheet (5 x7, 8x10, etc.) and then the PMS color:
example: Anderson, 5x7 PMS 2222

If you want additional PMS colors of the same images as above then just let her know that you want PMS 2222 and PMS 3333. Please read the specs regarding the cost adjustments for additional colors or the same colors.

If you have questions, just call her and let her know you are at GSU.
She is absolutely terrific. Payment can be cash, check (I believe) but she encourages PayPal.

If you have any questions let me know.
