The Cookbook Recipe Assignment:
Please bring your double-page (landscape) output prints to class with visualizing your favorite recipe designed as only you can do for this assignment. Make sure it is 12"x18". The CMC is printing out files for you at record-low costs. I think Phillip has dropped the cost even more from low 50cent price for a 12" x 18" so bring your paper and print there if you wish. The design is a full bleed.
All Semester Advanced Typography Work Collected on Tuesday:
All the work you've created this semester during the Advanced Typography course needs to be put onto a CD/DVD for me.
You will turn this in on Tuesday at the end of class. The following needs to be on the DVD along with your names on the disc:
- Self Portrait and Timeline (any revisions you wish to include)
- School of Art and Design Logos
- Get Out the Vote Poster Designs (2)
- Two Typefaces Walk into a Bar
- Self Portrait using Type
- Illustrative Typeface and Illustrative Typeface Advertisement
- Olive Oil/Wine Redesign Bottle/Package (if you have images or reference materials for this/B/W or Color art)
- World AIDS Day Poster
- Design Recipe: The Cookbook Project
Blogs need to be completed up until the last authorized blog assignment.
If you want to leave the Wine/Olive Bottles in my office over break you are more than welcome. They should be safe and climate controlled.
Otherwise you can pick them up after class on Tuesday.
